green spotted puffer disappearance?

I got my puffer on Sunday afternoon, by Tuesday morning he was gone. He was healthy as could be so I dont think he got sick and died. He didn't jump out either. Who would have eaten him? We have a lemon yellow cichlid, tiger barbs, a giant danio, as well as some other community fish. Do they have any known enemies?

First thing that comes to mind is that GSP's are brackish water fish, not tropical (common misconception). Because of their aggressiveness towards other fish and the high salt they prefer, there aren't many fish that can live with them in general. So I'm a little confused why you would have put him in the tank he was in. If he didn't dig in somewhere, I would suspect he became a treat for someone, although that confuses me too because they can be pretty nasty. I would remove all your decorations from your tank (if you really want to search for him) and see if you can find him. Some fish can be great at hiding. If you can't find him, and if he's not out of the tank and on your floor, it's probably as safe bet that he ticked someone off and he got eaten, although by what I don't know. That's really the only thing I can think of. I hope you find him alive. If you do, you really need to get him out of that tank and into more brackish water.
