How do you buy infield tickets?
I want to know how to buy infield or RV tickets to a NASCAR race also if anyone knows wether or not they allow 5th wheels and travel trailers
Most tracks differ from each other but for the most part you have the opportunity to buy reserved infield spots which are generally more expensive but you normally get better viewing areas and sometimes hookups(electric,water) are available. The second choice is "first come first serve" basis in which you show up at the entrance or tunnel and simply pay for each person in the motor home and the motor home itself. Again much cheaper but no hookups and generally not the greatest viewing areas. In other words don't show up the day before. I suggest at least Friday morning before a Sunday race
Any RV is allowed as long as the RV is self contained(septic onboard). .
Certain tracks are cheap. Pocono was very cheap and Texas. Daytona prices are just ridiculous, the view is horrible and for the most part the "well to do" people get the best spots normally a week earlier. If you do the Daytona infield I suggest buying seats for the 500 at least.
