hit my elbow wgat should i do?
ok today at soccer practice we were playing in the gym, i jumped for a header a when i came i banged my elbow of the ridge of the bleacher. it hurt but not the worst pain it felt like a dead arm im my elbow lol at frist but now i cant bend it fully what should i do? ps.... i got a game in two days!
ice. rest you'll be fine by gametime. focus!!!
