travel agent changed or accomodation. are we getting a good deal?
Hi my husband and I are going to Florida with our 6 kids in July. We were originally going to Florida townhouses, booked through thomas cook. Just last week the travel agent phoned said they had upgraded us too Windsor park villas, both are in Kissimmee. when I said I would rather have the townhouses because it had a communal pool rather than a private pool that comes with the villas, (basically so my kids have the compay of other kids on our days not in the parks) the travel agent offeed me £400 compensation for taking the villas but say th townhouses are still available. Not sue what to do do you think i am getting good deal?
400 pund compensation or a communal pool? Which is more important to you. Thats it. Both are right.
