MGM arena size compared to Staples Center?
thinkin about getting tix to either mayweather marquez or pacquiao cotto but only could afford upper levels..just wanted to know if the arena nosebleeds are real high? the seats look a little more leveled out than staples and not as high. anyone ever attend a fight at the MGM ? share your thoughts on the view from upperlevel seating plz. thanks
Ive never been to the MGM Grand arena but i do have tickets to Cotto-Pacquiao though and i can tell you that every thing except for the $1,000 tickets are gone and that was a couple of days a go and for Mayweather-Marquez your probaly gonna be paying 300 minimum.
As far as the arena MGM only holds around 14,000 and the staples is probaly around 20,000 so its definetly smaller.
Also just a side note if your not able to get tickets to Mayweather-MArquez and you live in the L.A area theres a couple of movie theaters that will be showing the fight for $16 a ticket so that might be a good alternative and you can find more info on that on http://myboxingfans.com/index.php?s=mayweather+marquez
