My airline bumped me and gave me a free round trip ticket as voucher. Do you know what can be done with it?
The airline (Elal); I believe may have mentioned that the ticket is only good for thirty days, which would be terrible since it would be necessary for me to go for a year. What can I do?
Its good for flghts ove 6 houres
First, You need to call the airlines and see when when you need to use the ticket by and the rules on the tickets. Then you should be able to use the ticket for the same class of service that you had on the flight that you were bumped from. I don't know what the airline is that you were on but most of the vouchers are good for travel a year from the date that the were issued. That means that you would have to have completed travel by that date. Unless you were on NW and then you have 90 days and then you have up to a year to travel but only 90 days from the date of issue to figure out were you want to go on your ticket. But I would call the airlines that the voucher is on and talk to them..
