Can you make me an NYC weekend itinerary in which I can hit all of the following places?

Wife & I are visiting NYC this weekend and have several restaurants/food places we'd like to visit. I'd like a local's help in determining the most efficient way to hit 'em all. Facts: We arrive Friday p.m., check into the Ritz at Battery Park (2 West St) & head to Yankees Stadium via subway. After that, we're free. We also have all day/night Saturday, all day Sunday until about 3 p.m. We leave the city then and return Monday, about 8 p.m. Then we have all night Monday & until about noon Tuesday. Transportation-wise, we can take cabs, subway, & we also have passes for those hop on/off buses.

Here are the places we'd like to hit:
Public (210 Elizabeth St., Nolita)
Son Cubano (405 W. 14th St.)
S'Mac (345 E. 12th St.)
H&H Bagels (2239 Broadway)
Chocolate by the Bald Man (841 Broadway (between 13th and 14th Streets)
Palacinka (28 Grand St., between Thompson St. & 6th Ave.)

I know this is a tall order, so THANKS in advance for your help!! Alternative suggestions welcome. - Josh

I agree with Dadcat - Murray's Bagels are wonderful; I think H&H is overrated - not worth the trip uptown if that's all you are going to see up there. If you are on the Lower East Side, try Kossar's Bialys - they make wonderful bagels, too - and, try a pletzel - so New York.

While you're on Grand Street, you might as well get a donut at Donut Plant - very good and very unusual flavors you won't find elsewhere.

Two West in your hotel serves an excellent Sunday brunch; they also serve a delicious lunch (great desserts there).

Across the street from your hotel, on the water is Gigino's - a very good Italian restaurant.

Your hotel is near the Staten Island Ferry - you must be planning a ride to Staten Island past the Statue of Liberty.

While you are in the East Village (S'Mac), walk over to Avenue A and 7th Street - across from Tompkins Square Park - Ray's Newsstand - get an egg cream - one of the best and least expensive in the City.

If you've really got a sweet tooth, check out Chikalicious in the East Village - on 10th Street and Second Avenue - they serve a three course dinner - all desserts!

Then, when you're finished, walk around the corner to the Black Hound Bakery on Second Avenue - just inhale - sometimes they have samples on the counter - this is a great place for chocolates and pastries (better than the Bald Man). The Bald Man is just a block away from The Strand Bookstore - on Broadway and 12th - you should stop in - it's the most incredible bookstore!
Also across Broadway on the corner of 13th Street is Forbidden Planet - specializing in comic books, action figures, sci-fi things, ets. On Broadway and 11th Street is the Halloween Store - a huge store devoted to Halloween costumes, etc.

No plans to see Chinatown? Great. inexpensive restaurants and wonderful souvenir shopping.

Be sure to walk down St Mark's Place in the East Village- lots of sidewalk peddlers and tee shirt stores - good for souvenir shopping (great selection of very funny New York tee shirts).
Get a MetroCard and use the buses when necessary - you'll see more of the City than with the subway and you'll be safer than a cab.
