Why do people like Phish so much?
I don't understand it. My bf is so obsessed with them he spent 1000 on tix to see them last weekend in VA. What is so great about them? They can't sing. Their music is not catchy. They remind me of a cult.
its all a matter of opinion, just like anything else. Chances are you never have been able to experience Phish live and until you do you'll never understand. The experience, the people, the music, the jams all contribute to a better understanding of this band. Like Deke has said seeing them live is unbelievable one of the greatest experiences of my life IMO. The only reason you think the music isn't catchy is b/c you don't like this type of music. Go to see them for yourself and I'm guaranteeing you'll be dancing by the time the first song is over. And cult is the wrong word more like a Family
