i have a samsung 1000w home theater system and i want to buy samsung tower speakers where can i buy them at?
The previous two responses are correct with one exception. The power handling capability of the speaker has nothing to do with anything in terms of overloading your receiver. Only the impedance of the speakers can do that. You need to know the minimum impedance your amplifier can handle and then do not choose speakers with a lower impedance than that. A higher impedance is ok and will not cause any kind of overloading problem. Higher impedance however will limit the receivers ability to reach its maximum power capability.
As for the 1000 w power, Robert is correct but perhaps a bit generous. I doubt it can do more than 20 ~ 30 watts/ch all channels driven.
I would stay away from Samsung speakers or any other Asian made speaker. There are exceptions like Usher Audio out of Taiwan but these range from a few hundred dollars for very small bookshelf speakers to fifteen thousand dollars or more for towers. Let go of the whole name brand recognition thing when it comes to speakers. Most of the best speakers will be made by names you have never heard of before and they will not be sold in Best Buy or similar stores.
It's not the speakers I would buy (I won't buy any speakers, I always build my own) but in the level of system you are talking about you should consider something like Axiom Audio. http://www.axiomaudio.com/index2.html You should also consider ditching the Samsung receiver and getting something from Denon or Onkyo or even HK. Actually I've seen some pretty cheap HK's work pretty well. Any of these even in their lowest end should be better than the Samsung.
