If I live in California, could I attend a Washington State U without paying the out-of-state?
Specifically: Evergreen State, Olympia.
I realize that it's not the same state, but I heard something about a "West Coast Alliance" or something that might make it not count as out-of-state and I was wondering if that actually exists or not.
No. You can try to apply to Wash State U for scholarships or other such tuition-reducers, but you'll technically still be paying the out-of-state tuition. Good luck!
