Under my knee caps hurt super bad after i play basketball. Whats the deal?
Im like 6'2" and about 220. Im in really good shape but my knees have been killing me for about a year. Im going to be a junior in high school and i'd like to not have this pain for the season. Some people have told me its my patella tendon. If so, how do i get rid of it?
You can try the little straps that are used to cure "jumper's knee" that strap around and velcro secure around your leg just under your patella with a little cushion against the spot. I know the brand McDavid carries them.
