Getting rid of neighbors?
I live in an apartment complex. The neighbors directly across from me look in the windows all the time, shout obscenities, leave their trash on the patio, double park in parking places, etc. They are just a general nuissance. My family has about had it with them and the other neighbors on this section agree. The neighbors' kids say that they have actually followed them to the store and such. They are just generally creepy. Anyone have ideas on steps to take to get rid of them or chase them out? Landlords won't help and I have had them ticketed for double parking but it doesn't seem to do any good. Moving really isn't an option. Thanks in advance
